The Company announces the following purchases of Warrants to subscribe for
Ordinary shares, in the market, for cancellation:

20,758 A Warrants purchased on 21 July 1999 for cancellation at 104p each
50,000 B Warrants purchased on 21 September 1999 for cancellation at 51p each

Following these transactions 647,323 Series A Warrants remain in issue and
2,616,437 Series B Warrants remain in issue.
