Directorate changes

The Board announces the resignation of Robert Jenkins as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2014.  Due to a number of business opportunities Mr Jenkins feels he will be unable to commit sufficient time to his directorship of the Company and the Board has, with regret, accepted his resignation.  The Board thank Robert for his valuable contribution to the Board and wish him well for the future.
