Following the buyback of 291,410 warrants on 21 September 2001, the final
exercise of 2,623,361 warrants into ordinary shares at 101p each and the
conversion of 46,770,630 growth shares into ordinary shares on a one for one
basis on 30 September 2001, there are now 353,362,282 ordinary shares in
issue.
The listing of the growth shares and warrants has now been cancelled.
