Announcement of First Interim Dividend



The Directors of the Company have today declared a first interim dividend in
respect of the year ending on 31 December 2007 of 2.0p (2006 2.0p) which will be
payable on 28 August 2007 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 July
2007, provisional ex dividend date 25 July 2007.
