4IMPRINT GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Block Listing on 513,327 ordinary shares of 38 6/13p to be
admitted to the Official List.

The shares which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue will be allotted pursuant to the rules of the 4imprint Group Savings
Related Share Option Schemes.

The Stock will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules
allow.
