Listing Rule 15.6.8R (2) - Investments as at 30 September 2007



Listing Rule 15.6.8R (2) requires 3i Infrastructure Limited, as a closed-ended
investment fund, to publish a list of all investments with a value greater than
5% of its total assets and at least the ten largest investments as at each
quarter end.  As at 30 September 2007, 3i Infrastructure Limited's investment
portfolio comprised seven investments, which were all unquoted. These are listed
below:
