Publication of Final Terms

Final Terms in relation to the issue today by 3i Group plc of €500m Floating
Rate Notes due 2012.

The Offering Circular relating to the £2,000,000,000 Note Issuance Programme of
3i Group plc and 3i Holdings plc was published on 26 September 2006, and was
supplemented by a Supplemental Offering Circular published on 31 May 2007
(Regulatory Announcement Number 5016X).

The following document constitutes the Final Terms of the Notes described
therein and must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular (as
supplemented).
