Directors Dealings

The Company was notified on 14 July 2006 that on that day Jon Claydon, Non-
Executive Director, had purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company at a price of 101 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase the
holding of Mr. Claydon is 1,515,170 ordinary shares (representing 7.78 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital of 19,470,573 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each).
