              Notification of Interim Results and Analyst Meeting              

Zenergy Power plc (AIM: ZEN.L), the specialist manufacturer and developer of
commercial applications for high-temperature superconductive (`HTS') materials
today announces that it will be reporting its Interim Results for the six
months ended 30 June 2008 on Monday 8 September 2008.

An Analyst Meeting will take place on the day at 11am at Zenergy's registered
office at One America Square, Crosswall, London, EC3N 2SG.

(c) Significant increased energy output from hydro-power stations

(d) Direct drive offshore wind turbines in excess of 8 MW
