Transaction in Own Shares

                    MARKET PURCHASE OF COMPANY'S OWN SHARES                    

The Company has today purchased a market total of 16,015 Subscription shares of
1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 126.53p per Subscription
share for cancellation.

Following this transaction and in conformity with the provisions of the
Transparency Directive, the Company hereby notifies the market that the
resultant number of Subscription shares that the Company has in issue is
7,104,848.
