Conversion of Subscription Shares

Finsbury Worldwide Pharmaceutical Trust PLC has applied for the listing of
280,794 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Shares") following the exercise of
280,794 subscription shares at 614p per share in the period to the exercise
date of 30 April 2010. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's
existing Shares. Following the exercise the Company's issued share capital will
comprise 44,267,790 Shares with voting rights attaching and a further 6,589,176
Shares held in Treasury. The number of subscription shares in issue will be
8,711,513.

It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings
in the Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 12
May 2010.
