Conversion of Subscription Shares

Following the exercise of 31,016 subscription shares at 638p per share in the
period to the exercise date of 1 November 2010, the Company's issued share
capital will comprise 43,313,878 ordinary shares with voting rights attaching.
The number of subscription shares in issue will be 8,274,398.
