                               Interim Dividend                                

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 17.5p per share (interim dividend
2011: 15.0p per share) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2012. Such
dividend will be paid on 6 July 2012 to shareholders on the register on 8 June
2012. The associated ex-dividend date is 6 June 2012.
