The Board announces that Miss Jo Dixon will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 21 September 2016. It is further announced that upon her retirement Mr Humphrey van der Klugt will succeed her as Chairman of the Audit Committee and that Dr David Holbrook will succeed her as the Senior Independent Director.
