Conversion of Subscription Shares

Following the exercise of 406,099 subscription shares at 614p per share in the
period to the exercise date of 2 August 2010, the Company's issued share
capital will comprise 43,385,916 ordinary shares with voting rights attaching.
The number of subscription shares in issue will be 8,305,414.
