        B/C SHARE SCHEME - UPDATE IN RESPECT OF REDEMPTION OF B SHARES         

The Company is pleased to provide an update in respect of the B/C Share Scheme
which was first announced on 13 June 2011.

2011 Return of Cash - Redemption of outstanding unlisted B Shares (Deferred
Capital Option)

The Company confirms that on 10 April 2012 it redeemed 3,366,572 B Shares of
140 pence each in the Company issued pursuant to the Deferred Capital Option
(being all of the B Shares remaining in issue) for 140 pence per B Share at an
aggregate cost to the Company of £4,713,200.80. Consequently, those B Shares
have been cancelled.

It is expected that holders of B Shares on the register of members of the
Company at 6:00 p.m. (London time) on 10 April 2012 will be sent cheques in
respect of, or (if such shareholders held their B Shares in CREST) will have
their CREST accounts credited with, the proceeds of the redemption of their B
Shares on 17 April 2012 and, in any event, by 24 April 2012.

Following this redemption, there are no further B Shares in issue.

Share certificates in respect of B Shares are no longer valid and should be
destroyed following receipt of proceeds of the redemption.

The redemption of the B Shares completes the return of cash announced by the
Company on 16 May 2011.

Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have
the meaning ascribed to them in the circular to Shareholders dated 13 June 2011
in relation to the B/C Share Scheme (the "Circular").
