Further to the announcement dated 2 February 2015, Walcom is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Frankie Yuet Leung Wong as Non-Executive
Chairman of the Company, succeeding Eddie Chan with effect from 1 April 2015.

Frankie Wong has been on the Board since 2003 and is currently a member of the
audit committee. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of
Lancaster and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London School
of Economics and Political Science. He is currently an adviser to the Chairman
of the Shui On Group and an Executive Director of Shui On Holdings Ltd. He is a
Non-executive Director of Shui On Land Limited, which is listed on The Stock
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He is also a director of Sichuan Shuangma Cement
Co.Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Commenting on Frankie's appointment, Chief Executive Office of Walcom Francis
Chi said:
