Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 1 December 2006 it purchased 100,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 92.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 31,742,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,665,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
