Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on Monday, 26 February 2007 it purchased
175,000 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 94.00 pence per share for
cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 31,117,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,665,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
