Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 8 July 2011 it purchased 586,564 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 98.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 59,074,674 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
