Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 16 August 2007 it purchased 113,222
Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.00 pence per share and 81,418 Series 2
Ordinary Shares at a price of 106.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,573,243 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
14,820,305 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
