                              Notifiable Interest                              

Silentpoint was notified on 14th September, 2004 that, following a purchase of
50,000 Ordinary 2p Shares on 13th September 2004, Suffolk Life Annuities
Limited now holds 754,286 ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.31 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company. These shares are legally and beneficially
owned by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited but form part of various self-invested
personal pension schemes, including 664,286 Ordinary Shares which are held in
respect of Dr Hywel Thomas's self-invested personal pension.
