RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting held today, the Company is pleased to
announce that the shareholders passed all the resolutions contained in the
notice of meeting.

The Company also announces that Mr Jonathan Morgan has retired from the Board
following the Annual General Meeting. The Chairman thanked Mr Morgan for his
resolute and invaluable contribution since the Company's launch in 2005.
