The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Dighé as a
non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 November 2009.

Mr Dighé was a founder and deputy chairman of Bridgewell Group plc. On the
successful sale of Bridgewell to Landsbanki he formed Matterley whose interests
were acquired by Charles Stanley Group PLC earlier this year. Mr Dighé
continues to act as a consultant to Charles Stanley.

Mr Dighé holds no other publicly quoted directorships. Publicly quoted
directorships held by Mr Dighé within the last five years are as follows:

Mr Dighé is also a director of Matterley Management Services Limited and
Matterley Holdings LLP, both of which are in the process of being wound up

There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13 (2) - (6).
