STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC (THE "COMPANY")
The Company was today informed that Jeff Harris, Assistant Fund Manager
at GVO Investment Management Limited, the Investment Manager of the Company,
had on 23 September 2014 purchased 4,235 Ordinary 10 pence shares of the
Company at a price of 163 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Harris is interested in a total of 17,163
Ordinary shares, of which 1,575 are held in a SIPP (representing 0.03% of the
shares in issue).
