Range Resources Ltd ("Range") (ASX: RRS; AIM: RRL) is pleased to confirm the
settlement and allotment of 80,094,250 Range shares out of the previously
announced A$10m placement at A$0.07 (and GBP0.04). The remaining 62,762,893
placement shares are expected to be allotted within the next week.
