SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that Neil Peniket has joined the Board of the Company with responsibility for SRT-Marine. Neil is Managing Director of SRT Marine Technology Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is a leading provider of AIS tracking and identification technology solutions for marine electronic companies. Neil has a professional electronic engineering background and has worked in various senior management positions within the SRT group since joining in 2005. Simon Tucker, Group Managing Director, said "Neil has made an exceptional contribution to SRT since joining. The rapid development of our Marine business and the establishment of two separate subsidiaries, one for TETRA and one for Marine, created a requirement for this position. Neil has been instrumental in building the Marine business and I believe his dynamic and highly disciplined approach will deliver the results we expect from Marine."
