Listing Rule 9.6.3


In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted two copies of
each of the documents listed below to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK
Listing Authority:

(a)   the St Ives plc Annual Report and Accounts 2007;                         
                                                                               
(b)   the Notice to shareholders convening the forthcoming Annual General      
      Meeting on 3rd December 2007 at 11.00 a.m. at Smithfield Consultants     
      Limited, 10 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HJ; and                      
                                                                               
(b)   the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.             


The documents will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
