Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 17 November 2009 that, on 16
November 2009, Andrew White, Group Operations Director (a person discharging
managerial responsibility), exercised 13,158 options with an exercise price of
425.42 pence per share granted to him under the Company's 1998 Executive Option
Plan and sold all the shares in the London market at a price of 530 pence per
share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
