The following information is given pursuant to the requirements of paragraph
9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.

Thom Wernink, a Non-Executive Director of SEGRO plc, is also a Non-Executive
Director of Green REIT plc which was, on 18 July 2013, admitted to a primary listing on the
Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and a premium listing on the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority.

Baroness Ford, a Non-Executive Director of SEGRO plc, stood down from the Board
of May Gurney Integrated Services plc on 9 July 2013.
