PRESS RELEASE 12 February 2013 DIRECTORATE CHANGE Further to the announcement made on 17 September 2012, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB.L) today confirms the resignation of Liz Doherty and the appointment of Adrian Hennah as Chief Financial Officer and an executive director, with immediate effect. Liz will remain with the business until the end of March 2013 to ensure a smooth transition.
