Notifiable Interest

The Company received notification on 21 March 2006 from Fidelity Investments
that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd
(a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International), have a
notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company of 11,533,993 shares,
being 8.77% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
