Limited advising that at 19 October 2006 Rensburg Sheppards Plc has a
consolidated holding on behalf of Discretionary clients of 3,070,760 Zero
Dividend Preference Shares representing 16.04% of the Company's issued Zero
Dividend Preference Share capital.
