Premier African Minerals Limited, the AIM traded, multi-commodity natural
resource company with mineral projects located in Western and Southern Africa,
announces that the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
the offices of Herbert Smith Freehills Paris LLP, 66 Avenue Marceau, 75008
Paris, France at 1.30pm (CET) on 23 December 2013. Notice of the Company's 2013
Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and is also available on
