Sula Iron & Gold plc (AIM:SULA), the exploration and development company
focused on iron ore and gold in Sierra Leone, announces that Nick Warrell, the
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today acquired 226,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 2.2p each.

As a result, his total holding is 47,729,677 ordinary shares representing
approximately 16.96 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
