                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING                             

The Company has been informed by Mr Roger Green, that on 19 December 2008 he
purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.04% of the issued
share capital of the Company, at a price of 210.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Green is interested in 45,627 shares,
representing 0.15 % of the total shares in issue.
