Director/PDMR Shareholding

                            Directors' shareholding                            

The Company has been notified that John Perloff, executive director, has today
sold 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 367.5p per share,
equivalent to 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of Panther. Mr Perloff
is now beneficially interested in 70,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.41
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Simon Peters, executive
director, has today bought 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, of which 35,000 ordinary shares were bought at 367.5p and 5,000
ordinary shares were bought at 375p. Mr Peters is now beneficially interested
in 62,500 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.37 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
