The Company has today been informed of the following purchase on behalf of Mr I
Barby, a Director of the Company:
- purchase of 10,000 ordinary 67p shares of the Company at a price of 740.00p
on
25 May 2006
As a result of this purchase Mr I Barby, a Director of the Company, is now
interested in 20,000 ordinary 67p shares of the Company (0.08% of the issued
class of capital).
