At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday, all resolutions
were passed.

In a brief statement to shareholders, Chairman, Colin Bird, indicated that the
Company's projects in Mozambique and Ghana are continuing to advance
positively. Further results from Ghana should be available in the near
future along with initial results from the Mozambique prospects.
