Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, Hermes Investment Management Limited as
general partners of UK Small Companies Focus Fund (SCFF) and Hermes SLP Limited
as a partner in SCFF have a notifiable interest in 1,844,500 ordinary shares in
our Company, representing 3.856% of the issued share capital, as follows:
