The Company announces that on 3 April 2006 it allotted and issued 705,933 new C
Ordinary shares ("C shares") of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a
price of 100p.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 12,566,147
Ordinary Shares and 7,226,791 C Shares.
