The Company announces that Hugh van Cutsem, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 6,234 Ordinary shares at a price of £1.5824 each on 8 October 2015.
As a result of this transaction, Mr van Cutsem has a beneficial interest in 6,234 Ordinary shares, representing 0.0247% of the issues share capital.
