                           Notice of General Meeting                           

The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders notice convening a
general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of approving new authorities
for the Directors to allot shares in the Company.

The meeting is to be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP, Lacon House, 84
Theobald's Road, London WC1X 8RW at 10.00 a.m. on 7 June 2012. The notice of
