MediaZest, the creative digital out-of-home advertising company announces that
James Abdool, Group Sales Director, yesterday purchased 4,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 0.154 pence per share.

Mr Abdool now holds 14,984,882 ordinary shares in the Company, equating to
1.64% of the issued share capital.
