Dividend Declaration

On the 31st July 2014, we announced that in future periods we would pay special
dividends from any positive trading income generated.  Such dividends will be
paid out when the amount distributable becomes material.  It can be announced
today that the trading income generated to date for the financial year ending
31st July 2015 has exceeded £600,000 and as such the Directors are proposing a
special dividend of 2.30 pence for the first quarter of financial year 2015.

               

Ex-Dividend Date:   20th November 2014                                             
Record Date:        21st November 2014                                              
Pay Date:           28th November 2014    

For the avoidance of doubt, the total dividend to be paid on the 28th November
2014 is 5.55 pence per share which is comprised as follows:
