Director of the Company, acquired, in the United Kingdom, 6,750 ordinary shares
of 10p each (representing 0.013% of the issued class of capital) at a price of
202.00 pence each.

Mr G P Aherne is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 16,085 shares,
representing 0.031% of the issued share capital.
