Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the blocklisting of 1,203,264 Ordinary 10p Shares in the Company
('Shares'). The shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing
Shares in issue, will be alloted pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Non-Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and the Employees' Share Option
Scheme.

Admission to the Official List is expected to become effective on 14 April
2004.
