The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Guido Contesso as Chief
Executive Officer, who is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Board of Limitless announces that, Dominic White has stepped down from his
position as Chief Executive Officer, and he will remain on the Board as a Director.
