Headline:     Third Interim Dividend

In accordance with the previously announced dividend policy, the Directors of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc are pleased to declare a Third Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 January 2016, of 3.4p per share, payable 17 March 2016 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 26 February 2016.  The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 25 February 2016.
