The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 21 May 2013 it purchased 130,008
of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 98.00 pence per share for
cancellation.

Following this purchase, the Company now has 52,990,601 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence 
in issue.
